The programming of the Biennial of Digital Imaginaries encourages multidisciplinarity and the hybridization of forms. Exploring the visual arts, the sound arts and live performance, the Biennial takes an interest in the presence and use of digital and new technologies in art, invests the public space and gives a voice to national and international artists from different horizons..

A major event for digital creation, this fourth edition, which took place in Arles, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Istres from November 7, 2024 to January 19, 2025, attracted 102,504 visitors and fully lived up to its ambitions of democratizing and decompartmentalizing digital creation.

This year, over 160 artists were invited to take part in the exhibitions at the Friche la Belle de Mai in Marseille and at a dozen partner venues in Aix-en-Provence, Avignon and Arles, as well as during the prelude, the opening events in public spaces and the closing week dedicated to live performance and music.
